Questions

Where does the calendar data come from?

DocketSync is built on licensed North Carolina court calendar data covering pending criminal and infraction cases statewide, refreshed each business morning. DocketSync is a product of Basha Holdings LLC and is not affiliated with the North Carolina Judicial Branch or the Administrative Office of the Courts.

How current is my calendar?

DocketSync tracks your cases against the latest successfully processed calendar update and shows the extract date. You can see new hearings, changed dates, and cases that need attention in one place. Updates depend on source availability; the app flags delayed updates. Learn about coverage and court-data disclosures.

What does "no longer on the calendar" mean?

A hearing that was present in an earlier day's calendar is absent from the latest one. It could be a continuance, a disposition, a clerical change, or a data lag. DocketSync flags it so someone checks; it never guesses why.

Which courts and counties?

District and superior criminal court and infractions in all 100 North Carolina counties. Civil, juvenile and federal matters are not included.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in the browser on any computer or phone. Sign-in is a one-time email link, with no passwords to manage.

How is my case list protected?

Your list is private to your firm and enforced in the database itself; one firm can never see another's cases. Attorney logins are limited to their own cases. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from the Account page. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged; cancelling later takes effect at the end of the paid month.
