Add people by name and date of birth. DocketSync tracks every North Carolina criminal and traffic case on the court calendar for each of them, checks again every morning, and shows you what's today, what moved, and what's new, before court starts.
No case numbers to look up. The name and date of birth on the bond paperwork are enough.
First name, last name, date of birth, and your own reference such as the bond number. Up to 50 people at a time.
Every case on the calendar with that name and date of birth is tracked right away. Close spellings wait for you to confirm.
Today's hearings, moved dates, dates that left the calendar, and new cases, by email and on your home page.
Know where your people are due, and catch changes before they cost you.
Everyone with their cases, next court date and your reference, on one page. Remove people as bonds close.
When one of your people picks up a new case and it reaches the calendar, it is added that morning.
A change feed every morning: which dates moved, which left the calendar and need a call to the clerk.
An early email with today's hearings and changes, and a calendar feed for your phone or office calendar.
Webhooks send each morning's changes to Zapier or your own system, so your bail software can remind defendants.
Unlimited staff logins, an Excel docket, and printable day and week sheets for court runs.
DocketSync shows scheduled court dates. It does not show whether someone appeared, missed court, or had an order for arrest issued, and a date leaving the calendar does not mean the case was dismissed: check with the clerk of court. The plan is for tracking people you have bonded or work with, not for screening people or deciding whether to write a bond. DocketSync is not affiliated with the North Carolina courts; see Court Data & Disclosures.
By the exact date of birth and the first and last name on the North Carolina court calendar. Middle names are ignored. Records with the same birthday and a close spelling (an initial, a shortened first name, or first and last swapped) are shown for you to confirm.
Once the new case has a court date on the calendar, DocketSync adds it the next morning and it shows as new on your home page and in the morning email.
No. The calendar data shows scheduled dates, not appearances, failures to appear, or orders for arrest. A date that leaves the calendar is flagged so you can check with the clerk.
